You will visit the prestigious wine castles of the Médoc, including the Grand Cru Classé 1855, tasting the best wines of the region and getting to know its history and modernity.
Set among vineyards in Arsac, Chateau du Tertre, built in 1855, invites guests to visit wineries, taste local wine and enjoy beautiful views of the vineyards from their rooms. A continental breakfast is served every morning at the hotel. Guests love the hotel's location and rate it 9.4 out of 10 for double occupancy.
Day 2
The elegance of Saint-Emilion and the power of Pomerol.
The extraordinary history of the city of Saint-Emilion is reflected in its narrow streets and medieval architectural heritage. Whichever route you choose, this open-air museum city takes you back several centuries.
Day 3: Sauternes Gold
You'll travel to the legendary Sauternes region to visit castles that produce unique sweet wines and learn about the history of this ancient wine region.
The Sauternes region has gained worldwide recognition thanks to the unique wines of Château d'Yquem and Château Guiraud. The grape plantations are more than 2000 years old. This is the oldest wine region in Bordeaux. And the nectar of the color of “old gold” became a symbol of Sauternes and a myth throughout the world.
Day 4
Pessac-Leognan white wines and the energy of the Atlantic.
Arcachon Bay, an hour's drive from Bordeaux, is the perfect place for a summer holiday on France's Silver Coast. A place of absolute freedom, ideal for a leisurely and relaxing holiday, as well as for crazy extreme sports. But first, let's take a look at the white wines of Pessac-Léognan.
