We invite you to a picturesque corner of the Bordeaux region, where history and winemaking are deeply intertwined. This hilltop town preserves monastic buildings, catacombs, and wine cellars created by hermit monks. Saint-Émilion is not only a UNESCO World Heritage site but also the birthplace of exceptional wines renowned across the globe.

  • 09:00 — Departure from the hotel to the historic town of Saint-Émilion (a UNESCO World Heritage site).
  • 09:50 — Walk through the old town center, visit to the catacombs and the underground church of Saint Émilion carved into the rock — one of the largest in Europe.
  • 11:15 — Tasting at a Premier Grand Cru Classé château of Saint-Émilion. Introduction to the appellation’s wine characteristics.
  • 12:30 — Break for a light lunch at a café or restaurant on one of the town’s charming squares.
  • 15:00 — Visit to a second winery in the Pomerol or Montagne area with another tasting session.
  • 17:00 — Free time to stroll through Saint-Émilion and shop for souvenirs.
  • 19:00 — Dinner at a signature restaurant featuring local cuisine and return to Bordeaux.
