- 09:00 — Departure from the hotel to the historic town of Saint-Émilion (a UNESCO World Heritage site).
- 09:50 — Walk through the old town center, visit to the catacombs and the underground church of Saint Émilion carved into the rock — one of the largest in Europe.
- 11:15 — Tasting at a Premier Grand Cru Classé château of Saint-Émilion. Introduction to the appellation’s wine characteristics.
- 12:30 — Break for a light lunch at a café or restaurant on one of the town’s charming squares.
- 15:00 — Visit to a second winery in the Pomerol or Montagne area with another tasting session.
- 17:00 — Free time to stroll through Saint-Émilion and shop for souvenirs.
- 19:00 — Dinner at a signature restaurant featuring local cuisine and return to Bordeaux.
